I came across this little cutie and the dollar store and thought it would be perfect for a shadow box idea I had. This is perfect if you want to create just a small memento.

Materials

Small shadow box-the one I used was 3 ½ inches (It’s up to you if you want it to have glass or not)
Scrapbook paper
Your memento and/or anything you are going to use to create your shadow box.
Paint and brushes if you choose
Strong glue or hot glue
Craft glue or Mod Podge
Shadowbox memento design (have an idea of what you want it to look like before you purchase anything and begin your project)

Step 1

Clear your box.; you want it as empty as possible.

Step 2

Paint. The border, the inside, whatever you want to paint do so at this step.

Step 3

Adhere the scrapbook paper to the inside. This creates your background.

Step 4

Glue your memento piece to the inside.

DONE!
